Emma started dancing at the age of 4 at a local dance school in her home town of Banbury. At the age of 13 she was accepted as a Junior Associate at the ‘Central School of Ballet’, in Faringdon, London. She travelled to classes in London every Saturday until the age of 17, when she was awarded a place at the ‘Urdang Academy of Performing Arts’, Covent Garden, London.
Emma completed a 3 year performing and teaching course, graduating with teaching qualifications with ‘The Royal Academy of Dance’ (RAD) and ‘Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance’ (ISTD).
Since 1999, Emma has taught at various dance schools in London and in Oxfordshire, teaching children that have been accepted into The Royal Ballet School, Urdang Academy and West End Musicals: Les Miserables & Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
